I see your point. Alliances can change positions easily - their current position isn't an accurate indicator of where they're going to end up or for how long. However it seems like the end goal is to end up 1st on the leaderboard. High average NS and war performance both result in higher score, so they come full circle with a high position on the leaderboard.

I wonder what % of votes are for their own alliance in the "most likely to succeed in 2017" category.. Tbh I don't think alliances like TKR which have already reached number 1 in 2016 should be an option. Also how is TRUMP 2016 not winning propaganda? Have people not seen the countless ads by Princess Bubblegum? Must be ayyliens voting against Trump...

I have seen this bug too. You have to physically check a nation's active wars if you want to raid, because that's bugged atm
