Thanks. All I needed to do was resize my portrait. Your first solution was the right solution. It's working. Now I can't decide what cover photo to use.

None of these seem to work.

Tried several pictures and still getting the same message, unfortunately.

So, I've tried changing all of my photos in the VIP area and they all work just fine. No matter what picture I use for the cover photo, nothing works, I get the same error message "Your image is too tall. The maximum height for this image is 720 pixels." No matter how small the image is, it still doesn't work. I'm convinced it's not a different image that's throwing the error. I've even tried using a different PC and mobile devices. That's the only image I cannot change. No matter what image I use and how small it is.

What were you doing (or trying to do): I'm trying to change my cover photo. What happened (describe thoroughly please): When trying to change my cover photo I get this error message "Your image is too tall. The maximum height for this image is 720 pixels." All of them returned with the same error message.
