As things happen i realized that raiding was not profitable. So the people from Empire of Brazil have decided to hold elections and in my response I have ordered the following. 1) Galifrey shall go to rehab. 2) we shall peace out wars,if possible. 3)no more acts of aggression all if this is to regain 100% popularity and win the election
