I've been using IRC for quite a few years now, and it has yet to "disappear" or"flustrate" me. As for the rest of your post it's a tad tough to understand but from what I gather you find it tough to join in the conversation? IRC, and most channels you would encounter, are public channels, just go there and say whatever you want, someone interested will reply, or if it's super crowded/busy, someone may query you. If you really cant do that, make a channel and figure out a way to get people to join it.

Yeah I opened it expecting someone to have made a channel for this, found whatever a shoutbox is. 2/10 much disappointed.

For those of you who dont know who DaHawtBawt is, might as well quit IRC youre not doing it right. For the brave few who dont, he can be found in #chill Well so this thread is pretty self explanatory. Suggest shit you want DaHawtBawt to do/say. Primarily I want shit that he can say when a new user joins the channel, and random shit he says at random intervals. Use $nick and $chan as nickname or channel variables. The nick variable only works on autojoin. You can also ask for new triggers to be added, same variables apply. Mention the trigger (eg. !trigger !trigger2 !loltrigger) and then what it does. Cheers
