  3. The French Army had been surveying German, Austrian, Hungadada, and other European movements. Using the French UAV’s, Spy Satellites, Reconnaissance Troops and even local informants. This was apart of EUROCOM’s Overall European Domination Strategy. General Dianna Kruger, the lead mind behind the Motherland Theory and France’s sharpest leader on European Military Tactics was leading the French EUROCOM Strategy. However, the actions of Austria in expansion into Italy moved the timetables drastically. French EUROCOM Headquarters - Bern, France. The Germans in the North can wait for Operation Atlas. The 13e RDP has reported Austrian Troops moving into Eastern Italia. Because they have initiated the Koyo Protocols, we must move into these positions. General Kruger highlighted Positions just East of Headquarters and the regions of Piedmont and Lombardy will fall next. The Koyo Protocols dictate we control these lands, she displayed a map of the Koyo Agreement. What we aren’t expected is to take the Florence Region or Rome. Operation Sabertooth will allow us to use special forces to survey the border and the unorganized territory of Italy before Austrian Troops expand further. Commander Maximillian spoke up, “Thank you, General Kruger. With this plan, can we expect any retaliation from the Austrians? As you know, President Korczak wishes to establish friendlier relations and not push them into Germany’s Corner.” “Thank you, sir, I can assure the Joint Chiefs and the President that at its current stage Sabertooth will not provoke them, our backdrop is our work to capture rogue separatists and also explore Latium for resources and information.”

  7. La Défense de la République With growing animosity, lack of diplomatic courtesy, and ever-growing tensions surrounding The Republic's border. As Chef d'État-Major des Armées, I alongside Minister Pascal, and Advisor Solé present the Defense of the Republic documents to detail a series of French Defense Projects and plans to curtail foreign aggression and re-establish French Military superiority. Bearing in mind the 193 Billion Franc budget for the 2001 fiscal year, France's Defense Bodies have collectively agreed on budget appropriations and research programs for the next year. With naval and aerial expansion underway Signed, Chef d'État-Major des Armées Maximilien Hammond The Following Documents are classified documents at the Security Clearance level of Nine. Any unauthorized access to this document will be considered treasonous and punishable by the National Security Act of 1995 and State Espionage Act of 1761. The Chef d'État-Major des Armées in good faith, announces the new military renovations and plans to the French Defense Ministry, National Assembly Commission on the Armed Forces, and the National Security Council of the President. The Strategy for the years following 2000 will see investments of 500 million francs into the Defense Complex of France. The 500 million will invest in the top defense firms of France in an effort to gain more stocks, but also raise capital for corporate defense projects and raise standards and efficiency. The French Armed Forces at roughly 495,835 and the French National Guard at roughly 941,527 will be redeveloped to see an increase of 200,000 troops in the French Armed Forces. The French Armed Forces will also develop capabilities in Aerial and Naval Combat to ensure upper mobility against foreign threats. Ground-based plans for the FÉLIN weapons system and the CheetahA1 tank will also be utmost priority for 2001. France’s Defense Strategy will see a shift from Counter-Insurgency to state-state warfare on a limited scale to ensure the stability of the French Markets and Economic Powerhouse. The French Armed Forces will see significant withdrawals from regions such as Afghanistan, Mali, and other operational areas in an effort to curb spending and reduce conflicts French troops are present in. The French Armed Forces will prepare deployments to foreign territories to develop, train, and establish relations with other armed forces and internally. There will also be a greater strive for Defense-Intelligence operations with the establishment of the Renseignement militaires six or RM6, RM6 and other intelligence branches of the French Armed Forces will serve as focal points to develop clear plans and threat assessments. Investment I. The French Defense Ministry will inject 500 million francs inside the French defense giants EADS, Dassault Aviation, DCNS, Thales Group, and GIAT Industries. II. Investments will allow French shares in vital industries and allow greater efficiency and budgets for military projects that aid the Armed Forces Military Expansion I. The Armed Forces will expand it’s current size by 200,000 personnel across the Infantry, Mechanized, Airborne, Aerial, Naval, and other sectors. II. The French Nuclear Arsenal will be renovated and decommission 30 nuclear missile silos, and replace them with mobile and air and naval delivery systems. Military Development I. Projects of 2001 - CheetahA1 [FYI just the tank] - Victoire - FÉLIN - Jordan Valley - Stimulus [No Conceptual Designs Available] - AHB Overall Strategy I. Format of the Armed Forces - With the current status of the Armed Forces being revolved around Counter-Insurgency and small-scale operations. The new Format will keep 150,000 personnel on yearly rotation, with 45,000 soldiers capable of deploying 48 hours with prior warning, and 300,000 with six-month notice. 15,000 soldiers will additionally be kept on permanent operational alert allowing them to be called up at moments notice if needed to address major crises, assist civilian authorities, and be deployed when required. - The Marine Nationale will be divided into three fleets, with the First Fleet encharge of Europe and North America, the Second Fleet responsible for Asia and Oceania, and the Third Fleet responsible for Africa and South America. The fleets will be assembled into An Aircraft Carrier, eighteen frigates, six SSN, two ambitious assault crafts, three nuclear submarines, five destroyers, two helicopters transport, and one minesweeper. To allow combat, surveillance, and rescue operations involving sea, air, and land elements. - The Airfare will regroup its combat aircrafts of both the modernized Mirage 2000-D and Rafale to allow greater mobility and combat support with a permanent seventeen squadrons on rotation with an additional ten squadrons on a yearly rotation. Each squadron will consist of over 80 aircrafts and an air-wing with 300 aircrafts. Troop withdrawals - The French Armed Forces will withdraw from Afghanistan in 2000. With the conflict dying down, and reduction in foreign involvement and greater Afghan control over its affairs. The 2,000 French troops currently in Afghanistan will withdraw within the early half of 2001. - The French Armed Forces will also see withdrawals from Mali in 2002. With the extended conflict dying down, an increase in military efficiency and lowering corruption; alongside greater Malian civilian and government safety. The 7,500 French troops and airmen currently in the Sahel will withdraw within the late half of 2001 and early half of 2002. Troop Deployments - The French Armed Forces will, however, see deployments into the Sahel, although the greater conflict has died down, an increase in military operations and small-scale special operations can be expected. - The French Armed Forces will deploy into the Wallonia and Switzerland in an effort to protect the democratic principles and the French-speaking majority in each nation. Defense-Intelligence Operations Threats to the Republic - Although greater threats and more powerful nations exist, the main threats of the Republic, democracy, and the free people are the German and Austro-Hungarian empires. They’re single-handedly the most aggressive state against France and we must develop closer relations with Hungadada and Great Britain if we are to be able to remain free from their weapons of death. Our security plans will involve Drones, Surveillance Planes, and border patrols and crossings to protect our cities and towns bordering Germany. As for Austro-Hungary, our economic warfare plans are being drafted and we can expect a long-term crippling effect on their economy should to initiate hostile intent and conflict. I. The German Empire II. The Austro-Hungarian Empire Requests 1. Force protection and land combat capabilities will benefit from the acquisition of new pieces of equipment, such as 650 new generation infantry fighting vehicles (VBCI); 25,000 individual kits for the infantry combatant (Felin); hundreds of armoured cargo vehicles protecting against bombs and landmines; a new long-range rocket taking into account the prohibition of cluster-bomb ammunition; increased responsiveness in the acquisition process via crash programs. 2. Drones for surveillance and combat drones are in great demand for air-land operations. Fighter aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles increasingly complement each other. 3. Nuclear attack submarines carrying cruise missiles are a priority. Due to their stealth and virtually unlimited range, they represent versatile strategic systems that can be used for intelligence, protection of the nuclear submarines, escort of the aircraft carrier or special operations. The White Paper sets a target of six submarines. Cruise missiles will thereafter be carried by aircraft as well as by naval assets. 4. Large amphibious ships (Mistral class) have significant amphibious, airmobile and command capabilities. Together with 18 first-line frigates, they will constitute the backbone of the Marine Nationale missions of presence and intervention. Four amphibious ships of that class should be available by 2020. 5. Detection and early warning capabilities represent one of the major innovations to be made. They are aimed at ballistic missile capabilities that could be targeted on France or Europe. They include very long range radars and geostationary satellites. France expects this programme to acquire a European dimension as soon as possible. 7. The priority given to satellites is manifest by doubling funding available for military programs (from a base of 380 M€ in 2008) and by establishing a Joint Space Command, under the authority of the Chairman of the Joint Staff. The Air Force will be tasked with the implementation and control of military space assets. 8. Cyber-war is a major concern for which the Defense Ministry develops a two-prong strategy: on the one hand, a new concept of cyber-defence, organised in depth and coordinated by a new Security of Information Systems Agency under the purview of the General Secretariat for Defence and National Security (SGDSN); on the other hand, the establishment of an offensive cyber-war capability, part of which will come under the Joint Staff and the other part will be developed within specialised services.

This was caused by a popular referendum in 1992 which redesigned the French Political Landscape. The Assemblée Nationale has 557 members, and the Senat has 170 members. The Assemblée Nationale can draft bills and comment and redesign laws from the Senat. The Mayors and Governors as well as other members of government vote for their region's members of senators, thus forming the Senat. The Lower Assemblée Nationale has all legislature power, allowing it greater influence on politics. The Upper Senat, however, handles a majority of approvals, inquires, and investigations as they are the unelected body of Parliament. The President replaces a fallen or retired Justice, and all Justices are appointed by the Minister of Justice and Senat Judiciary Committee. The Assemblée Nationale is elected by a popular vote with each Party getting the percentage of their votes in seats. 9. 0700 hours Tue, January 9, 2018 Departure from: The Regime Destination to: The Socialist Ottoman Empire Upon arrival Regime diplomat, Sara Lance, otherwise known as White Canary, would step off the plane with a pen, her skills, and her orders. She would take in the sights of the SOE as she rode in a motorcade headed for the place of meeting. She wore her best dress but also held the option to shred the bottom and kick @$$ if needed, something no one wanted but it was the perfect reason to have her as a diplomat, she was her own bodyguard. Depending on the completion of this mission would decide if she stayed as a permanent diplomat, however she was most familiar with the SOE and most capable of projecting the points of the Regime to get a fair deal. She would arrive soon after and make her way up the steps of the building her heels clicking with each step.

  19. Okay, I'm going to set aside the mantle of troll for a sec here. Durmij is honestly right, you aren't qualified to attempt a thread like this. You lack the necessary respect from the forum users to have this treated in a serious manner. And the reverse is also true, you as a new poster came in here and tried to tell us who the most important people are. Then when called out on it you backpedaled to this. Which honestly comes across as rather condescending. You then further dug this hole by saying in your thread that you would give less weight to the picks of people that down voted you, which basically tossed out what little credibility you had left. While I appreciate that you trying to be active and contribute to the community, you've bitten off far more then you can handle and its going to end badly if you keep trying to force this to work. You should just let these threads die, and try to re-ingratiate yourself with the community by just commenting in other threads, etc.

  20. le Tribune is a French newspaper originating in the early 19th century as an outlet to criticize the government and global affairs. Although some call their reporting exaggeration or provocative, others call it the truth and what people don't want to hear. La Tribune was banned from Government Press Releases in 1902 until 1984 when the Assembly Nation allowed them to be apart of Government Press Releases. The German Army occupies Dutch-Speaking Wallonia As peace between France and Germany was an utmost priority, it was no surprise the rumors of French Paratroopers dropping into Southern Belgium to safeguard the Frankish and French-speaking region after the Netherlands would be captured by German Troops. Although sources say the Germany Leader assured France he had no interest in Wallonia, there is a great amount of distrust between both parties. The French Government sent military aid to the Wallonian Police force to further create a buffer between France and Germany, with sources inside the French Defense Ministry saying that the Military aid has been successful in the development of the Belgium Armed Forces and their new capital in Liége under French control. Domestically President Korczak's ratings in recent public polls soared. The United France Party even endorsed The President's operations to "Deter the German Beast." While French Diplomats said, "the move was to create peace and foster binational relations." To Further French commitments to the New Belgian Government, Foreign Minister Gérôme Rouzet announced the Rouzet Plan to help develop the Belgian economy and make remarkable growth with the Liége Megacity Project, Liége Tower, and other architectural projects. Diplomatic outreaches The Minister Rouzet and President Korczak signed the opening of their newest Embassies in the Regime, Riyadh, Moscow, Berlin, Washington D.C. and Vienna. 22. Josip Broz Tito, a man that lead one of the most respected nations in the world, and now it lay in dismay and ruins of corruption, death , sorrow and destruction. He united people with different writing systems, dialects, religions and ethnicities but they lived in harmony and enjoyed life for what it was for. SoE was modeled after SFRY. Tito's death was tragic to many people inside and outside of Yugoslavia. With that SoE has appointed a member of the Broz family closest to Josip to work as "An Advisor" in the Empire. The Advisor is going to be called Josip Broz Tito as well from now on. Tito's speech is currently being broadcasted "Brothers, Sisters. I have come here for a reason. I have spent ages to get notice by the Ottoman Command and now I have been appointed to an important role in the Empire. Soldiers, heroes you are our protectors, without you there wouldn't be a you nor us. My goal is to make an 'us'. I swear to everything holy, in anything you belive that I will protect you in any way possible, give you a life where you can afford everything you love and wish. I promise you, protection but not glory, but a life you wouldn't give up , We don't need glory or a high point in the World. What I and we want is to have a life worth living. To see what this world has to offer, to travel but to not risk losing your home , job or your loved ones. And Those whom oppose this , saying that they and their people are better than the rest, they all will be gone by the short and easy procedure. It is hard and impossible for me to kill a brother, but I'll gladly murder a someone that would try to ruin the brotherhood and harmony between us THE PEOPLE! and now Repeat after me... Death to Fascism! Freedom to the People!" [In here is written "Smrt Fašizmu, Sloboda Narodu" in cyrilic meaning Death to Fascism , Freedom to the People with the Clenched up Fist , the kind of saulte that the people of Yugoslavia used to signal the the hit into the superior nazi war machine that lost] Later that day , Tito went to the Politburo to meet up with Ministers , Sultans , Vizier and other Political Figureheads. At his arrival everyone clapped , and as he stood in front of the entrance everyone came in front of him to shake his hand and take a seat, after all of this ended he said while he had his hands behind him "You shouldn't have done this brothers. I am not special nor I do want to make myelf Special. We are all brothers that have an important role in the Empire. We are all cogs in the machine that we call Nation. If one stops , everything stops. Now what I want to do..." he pointed at a few people sitting and signaled them to stand up and they did so. "You three can easily leave the room as a lifelong imprisonment is awaiting you traitors on a barren island. You dirty Fascists. How come have you betray the Nation for Money! You discust me. I do not want to stay here" he said with his hand in the hair like a static wave "a lot more is waiting for me. Nights without sleep are awaiting me. For The Reovlution! Goodbye Brothers" he left the room with the three men going directly behind him , chained up and on their sides Guards. "How did he know?" one whispered to the others while their heads were down as they were staring at the floor Tito turned around and the men stopped. A momment of silence was there as the three men stared at Tito with widely open eyes and awaiting death at the second. "It is quite suprising how stupid you are. I have worked for you secretly as an agent and detailing everything to the Empire and so the Empire gave you fake intel so you wouldn't gain anything except money. Your lack of reality is what got you to this point. You were power hungry and you didn't realize who was working for you. Who was fixing your door, who brought you coffee and food, who was your guard and many more. All me! Nothing was changed except clothing. And your ways of Communication, sharing intel is horrible and primitive. You could have at least gotten... well anything , better software or anything to communicate. Now , I have gotten the full picture of you people long ago. And you don't deserve to live, you would betray anyone and you did only to gain money and power. While you can gain enough money for everything you wish for by only living in this Nation" and so Tito walked away and more will be heard from him

  37. Breaking News! The Secretary of State for Quebec and the Laurentian Ministry of Interior declared the Election to be on schedule with some 6 million expected to vote in today's election. The Ministry of Interior has expected fallout and possible violence after the election and has increased its presence in Quebec City with some 5,000 national guardsmen patroling Quebec City alone. Following the Army and Navies withdrawal, the National Guard and the Quebec Police Force have maintained order and obedience. The election, however, has opened old wounds from the oppression under the Alexmia empire to the violent uprisings in Quebec that targetted women and children and the battle of language. The Novan People's Front led by Nova Walters has been reported to be leading the election by 2.5% in a QB1 poll earlier today and the Alternative pour le Québec trailing behind. The Quebec Police Commissioner called for all sides to respect the democratic process. Some 24 cases of AK-47's and RPG-7's have been confiscated by the Gendarmerie and Laurentian Army Special Forces. Laurentia's President has called for all sides to come together in today's election to find solace in their common democratic aspirations. Quebec's Acting-Governor Sarkozy has already thrown his support for the APQ while Deputy-Acting-Govenor Wallons has supported the NPF falling back on a joint-statement where both promised to remain independent from this election. Many see the APQ as a Laurentian Government-backed group fighting for Quebec rights and for French dominance whereas the NPF is the party of the excluded and the English supremacy party. Both have sought the undecided base who are deceived in today's election. The Laurentian Ministry of Interior has feared these elections will result in more violence and threaten the unstable region. He cited that the issues were not simply in Quebec, they were across the U.S. where Britannia and the Nova Empire fought over control for the region and a byproduct was Quebec's instability where both sides can neither compromise because they feel empowered that Britannia and Laurentia will defend the Quebec people and that Nova will protect the Novans. In a stunning display of condemnation, the Ministry of Interior had threatened to cancel the elections and promised to crack down on all forms of illegal killings and voter fraud. He condemned all parties involved in sparking conflict in the region and called for a two plus one discussion between Britannia and the Nova Empire with Laurentia remaining a mutual negotiator. The Laurentian Armed Force's vital ports in Quebec house the Laurentian First Fleet, with an Airbase in Nova serving as a vital link to the West Coast. Acting-Governor Sarkozy and his interim government have all ensured they will step down following the election to allow a new government to take over.

  39. Breaking News, "Following Leaks from the Laurentian Foreign Intelligence Agency, our correspondent's in Britannia reached out to the Britannian Government in regards to alleged reports that the Britannian Government interference in the 2020 Presidential Election of Laurentia. Our local correspondent Mujji Sahuso is on with us. Mijji, What can you tell us about your communications with the Britannian Government?" "Well, Carina, I'd like to play this clip that I obtained while speaking with the Emperor." Clip plays. "As we explained with the Laurentian government we know it was not Britannia. We have documents and information not to mention testimony from Zodiac Agents that their plan was to cause a rift between Britannia and their ally Laurentia. It was linked to the telecoms murder, rainbow operation in southern France and eventually the war we see today. Britannia is a victim of framing by these terrorists that we and our allies are about to put down once and for all." Clip ends. "It appears that both Laurentia and Britannia for some time were aware of these events and yet the National Assembly denies it was even aware of these breaches. While the Emperor staunchly denied his government was involved in any form of influence, this does devolve the other leaks from the Agency about torture." "Indeed, you are right Mijji. Would you say that the Intelligence leaks were outdated or simply non-factual? "Well, I believe they are authentic, the reports signified that the source of origin of the attacks was Britannia and as the Emperor stated. "Britannia is a victim of framing by these terrorists that we and our allies are about to put down once and for all." We get a hint that Britannia is also preparing for a more direct role in fighting Zodiac, but that this was simply a ploy to disrupt Britannian-Laurentian Relations." "Thank you Mijji. Next, on EuroNews, a series of leaks and now social media are flaring with the reports that Laurentia has been using Torture on civilians. Social Media, from twitter to facebook blew up in posts regarding torture with now reports that the Laurentian Armee de Terre has not only also been using torture, but has been indirectly or directly committing acts of genocide against the Eslovan ethnic group in Switzerland. Ever since the 2019 intervention in Switzerland, the ESA reports 15,000 disappearances and deaths and at least 300 victims of chemical attacks. The ESA has called an international investigation into these reported crimes. On the other side of the globe, the Novan Citizens Union also reported that roughly 75 civilians have disappeared ever since the 'occupation' of Quebec City with acts of borderline Ethnic cleansing being reported. We spoke with the Chief of the Armed Forces." "We wholeheartedly deny these allegations that the Armed Forces and in specific the Army have been killing and harming Civilians inside Switzerland. In retrospect, it is the Eslovan Salvation Army that began an Ethnic Genocide and is now crying wolf. Our mission in Switzerland is limited to Laurentian Switzerland, with small-scale raids into the remainder of Switzerland. When the ESA is willing to come to the table we are willing to listen, but we see this as an insult to call the Laurentian Army an army of genocide and torture..." "The Elections coming in Quebec have seen many highlights as the Novan People's Front an English right-wing nationalist party and the An Alternate for Quebec a French right-wing nationalist party is leading the election. Many have feared that cross-border elections will cause some temperance and that violence is expecting to spark after the results of the election. The roughly 40,000 National Guardsmen have been deployed across the entire region to prevent this expected surge in Violence." "Although all parties have called for non-violence the Government is taking every precaution to stop any violence."

You are capped at a four province expansion per month, remember expansion must be RP’ed and you can face challenges through conflict or local insurgency. You are, however, not allowed to expand during the same month you were added. You are entitled to move four provinces to another location per month, however, peace treaties through wars may be allowed to exceed that. You must make an RP post within three days of joining, if you do not you will not be added to the map. You are required to post once a month to be kept on the map. Continuous removal will result in a permanent removal. If you wish to take a break or haveirl issues, please let someone know and you can be exempt. You must create a developed paragraph for your RP post to be considered valid. Anything less will not be accepted for your monthly posts. **Colonies** Colonies are capped at 20 provinces in each colony; with there only being five in total. Any territory outside of your homeland is considered a colony, overseas territory, etc… Coloniesaresesptible to rebellion if they are not developed, assimilated, etc… If you are using colonies for resources only you gain more resources, but also cause more instability. Colonies should be developed with governors, policies, etc…as you would a nation. Colonization takes effort and time, so please use them realistically. Colonies can rebel, but the more effort put in the less likely they are to rebel. Other players can interfere with the colonies and incite rebellion etc… It is your task to counter such rebellions through force or through soft power. The U.N. SC is made up of 5 Permanent Members; Hunter, Mogar, Barry, Lelouch, and one more yet to be decided. With 2 non-Permanent members rotating. The U.N. SC can pass resolutions all UN states must follow, The U.N. SC can sanction nations having effects on their economies The U.N. SC can declare war on foreign states for breaching U.N. laws The U.N. 43. [A FRIENDLY STATEMENT: This is in no way shape or form meant to be a war or a red flag attack from the U.S. in this RP but rather a mock war between The United States and Alexmia for some educational purposes and for some fun.] The United States Marine Corp had prepared their long-awaited turning point for the war. On the eve of December’s moonless night, American Marines departed the FS Laurens, an amphibious assault craft off the coast fo Saint Jefferson. The Island, although strategically vital to America’s operations to remain in a position of power in the upcoming conflict, was also a symbolic war to regain the lost islands of America. 2,500 marines would climb into AAV’s, LAVs, Landing Crafts, and Helicopters as the F-18 Superhornets and Growlers paroled the skies for enemy contacts. The lightly defended. The Growlers were equipped with SEAD missiles, any sites using active radar would be detected and hit by the Growlers, with the F-18’s carrying assorted amount of ordinance from Air to Air Missiles, Air to Ground Missiles, and Air to Sea Missiles. On board the American Fleet, three submarines remained at low depths to monitor the seas for any naval reinforcements or patrols. On the waves, the American AAC was readying its helicopters armed with Air to Sea missiles to sink destroyers and other reinforcements from the Sea. American AAV’s and LAVs would spearhead the landing, forming a V-shaped formation as they charged the main beaches of the island. Not that far behind them landing crafts with tanks and armored humvees trecked behind. As the defenders were not suspecting this attack, the AAV’s quickly landed and dropped off the Marines. Some of the AAV’s remained to provide suppressive support as the other AAV’s returned and the LAVs moved to the shore. On the opposite end, American Special Operators from the JSOC infiltrated the island to provide flanking attacks and sabotage aerial radars and communications. While the comms would be spotty, the ability to message the homeland for aid would hinder the American efforts in the islands.
