The nation has a congress system small at 37 people, located in Poppin for security reasons. Congress adopts or rejects laws using the voting system, where do these laws come from? The president passes the bill to Congress and then votes. If the vote is tied, Congress holds another vote if someone wishes to change their vote. When the president is not in office, Congress controls the country until the president takes office.
