Reconciliation with RoDevs

Where did the hostility between the Republic of Luna and the Empire of RoDevs begin?

Some say it started during the NADP-PCDP-AFC war, sometimes referred to as the war of Skill Issues. Prior to those days, Luna and RoDevs were... not allies, but at least friendly -- we assisted them in getting through a devastating pandemic with our vaccines, but soon after, an attack on one of Luna's allies by a former ally sparked what became a global war, one of the worst known to Orbisian history.

Since then, hostility has been high. It grew higher still when RoDevs joined the Global Watch, an alliance known for being against many allies of ours. At a point, we were told that the entire Global Watch was against us; in response, we grew increasingly hostile to the GW, even saying we wanted the alliance and every nation within it to fall numerous times -- to the point of almost beginning a war simply through both our comments and GW nations' responses.

But it has long been time that this hostility ends. It began with a war quite long ago, but that war is over, the blocs involved disbanded -- it has long been time for reconciliation that has never come -- until now.

As of now, we have repaired relations between RoDevs and Luna.

We are still hostile with certain other GW nations -- including Guoryou and Dreamistan, as neither of these nations have made any attempt to end hostility, and with certain ideological and alliance-related conflicts, it is extremely unlikely that we will ever create relations there.

As a nation always open to discussions for relations with most nations and one looking for peaceful solutions for the majority of situations, we are very glad to see this hostility come to an end.
