The XL-30 "Lil Neil," was placed in Scotland and was now launched with the other XL-30 codenamed "L-Furries." XL-30 "L-Furries" was shot down by Lunar missile defense near Cydonia. The XL-30 blew up in the air, 70 miles away from Cydonia. The XL-30 explosion recked houses and killed people if they were only 30 miles away! The XL-30 killed 39,518 Lunar civilians on the explosion. Amungus Virus and the Zekro Virus was brought into Luna.
However, the XL-30 codenamed "Lil Neil," hit a stadium in Arcadia that had people there. The explosion killed or injured everybody 30 miles away from the explosion. Anybody before that radius was probably killed. Everybody at the stadium was killed and the Lunar Government buildings were severly damaged even seeing government officials and generals dying from this event. The explosion killed 147,918 people and brought Niohama and Bubonic Plague back into Luna.

RoDevs: Why you all underestimating XL-30s. They are better than the Japanese XL-300s and in cases like this, cause a much more serious explosion for around the same cost.
