Luna provides aid to Rimskaya

This nation has seen years of shifting alliances and relations -- allies have become enemies and the opposite, governmental instability tearing close alliances to the ground.

But a few nations have stood beside us through times of war and peace, stepped up to defend us against attackers, helped us when we were dealing with hard times -- and one of these nations is Novaya Rimskaya Imperiya.

Some time ago, you expressed your gratitude for our support and ongoing alliance, and, to this day, we still think about that address and the communications we have had, because this friendship between Luna and Rimskaya truly means a lot to us. 

To Rimskaya, we would like to say that no matter what, we will stand by you. There will never be a day where we will not stand together, because you have helped this nation get through days where we thought everything would fall apart; you defended us when we needed support and we are so grateful for all you have done for us.

That being said, we see the damages wreaked upon your wonderful nation by Dreamistan -- a nation that has attacked us numerous times, committed war crimes against our people and more. We are sad to see the way this nation has approached your expansion into the Caribbean -- an action completely within your right as a sovereign nation.

We have had our fair share of nuclear attacks, and we understand how devastating it can be, so, of course, we are completely willing to send any necessary aid in rebuilding and assisting survivors of the attack. In the event that this results in war between Rimskaya and Dreamistan or any other aggressor, we will fight alongside you until the very end, because this is an alliance that will never fall, no matter what happens.

To the people of Rimskaya who have been taken captive by Dreamistan, these times will be hard, but you will see your homeland once more. There will come a day -- not too far from now -- that you will be liberated. For now, hold on, stay strong, and we will help to bring you back home in time.

Dreamistan, we warned you and your allies to stay away. We warned you to leave Rimskaya -- not only an ally, but a true friend -- in peace and let them expand their borders. We could have resolved this diplomatically. But now, all there is left to do now is to help our allies and hope that this is resolved without another global war.

But remember this, Rimskaya: no matter how hard these times get, we will be there for you. We will stand beside you on the battlefield and we will aid you when times are dire. As you said, there have been allies, acquaintances -- but nothing as close as the friendship we have built, and you will have a friend through the good times and the bad. Even if it is the two of us against the rest of the world, as it seems at times, we will fight with you.

We are truly thankful for all you have done for us. We are thankful for your help and your support and your genuine kindness towards us. And for all that, we will keep standing by you until the end of all time.

Long live Rimskaya and Luna -- an alliance that will never break.
