(serious) send help

ok so it would be great if i get a lil bit of money because i lost like 11m becuz of an minor bug, ok so i was going to upgrade my city called gavsgale into 1.5k infras and i bought 400 infra which is 3.9m but the game decided to make it 800 infra which is prob in 7m i forgot, so i panicked and tried to sell it but before i did it showed 0 dollars, indicating that if i sold 800 infra i would get like 0 dollars in return, and i thought it was another bug, so uh i reloaded it in hopes for i can see the amount of money i would get if i sell the 800 infra (can u even get money back when u sell some infra? im stupid, also im very bad explaning so u guys prob would get a stroke reading this so...) ok now when i reloaded the page it just completely dissapeared, 800 infra gone but no money received, so uh i was like pissed off so idk if its bug or my stupidity i would be very happy if i get like some help here.....
