RedBull becomes Nuclear Capable

Prime Minister Relentless from the great nation of RedBull brings the following live announcement :

Good Morning RedBull citizens,

As our city count and population increases so must our efforts to protect our nation. After investing 240b pounds into military defence we have upgraded our tank and aircrafts. We have increased our amount of specially trained armed forces throughout RedBull. We are also investing a heavy amount into our naval resources. RedBull has been capable and unfortunately needed to activate its Missile launch Pad recently 5 times and this lead to a catastrophic and blood thirsty war. Due to the allies of the nations countering I informed, our Head of Defence that we need to do more and I have enquired into new military projects that could be used to discourage nations from attacking RedBull. 

Our Head of Military has been in meetings over the last 5 months discussing the possibility of upgrading our military to full potential. One project which we was able to source and fund was an Intelligence Agency resulting in a much needed upgrade to our frontline spies. The motto for RedBull has been and always will be 'Peace before war'. I have personally agreed and permitted the military to upgrade its defence with extreme measures that will leave a attacking nation with catastrophic consequences. I am delighted to announce that RedBull is now officially a Nuclear Capable nation. After 1 month of tests RedBull now have some of the most dangerous weapons known to man. 

There is strict guidelines in a protocol leading to the use of Nuclear weapons. The military CAN NOT authorise a nuclear strike it must be a mutual agreement between the Prime Minister, our Royal Monarch and High Governement Officials.
